Specifically the Electrical Installation Regulations. We ensure every work site protects employees, clients and the public.
Wiring Code of South Africa
The code governing the design, construction and testing of electrical installations. Our work is measured against it on every project.
Municipal By-Laws
We ensure all work complies with the local municipal regulations applicable across Durban, Pinetown, and the wider eThekwini area.
Registered & Authorised
Our contractor's registration with the Department of Labour is current and active. This registration is a legal prerequisite for performing electrical installations and issuing Certificates of Compliance (CoC).
Performing Electrical Installations
Only a DoL-registered contractor may legally install electrical systems in South Africa.
Issuing Certificates of Compliance (CoC)
Authorisation to sign and issue legally binding CoCs — required for property sales, insurance and municipal approvals.
A Word of Warning
"A CoC cannot be issued without a physical inspection. Issuing a false CoC is a criminal offence under the OHS Act."
